Payment of orders within Ukraine

Online payment via WayForPay

For orders within Ukraine two payment options are available: full online payment via WayForPay or prepayment of UAH 300 with the remaining balance paid upon receipt at Nova Poshta.

When funds are debited for online payment

Funds are debited only after the buyer proceeds to the payment page, checks the amount and confirms the transaction using the method provided by their bank or payment service.

An order is considered paid once Choboty.store has received confirmation of a successful payment from the payment service.

Partial prepayment UAH 300 and cash on delivery

For orders delivered by Nova Poshta within Ukraine the buyer may choose a partial prepayment of UAH 300, and pay the remainder upon receipt.

The UAH 300 prepayment is part of the product price and is credited toward the total order amount. The remainder is paid at the Nova Poshta branch or to the courier if cash on delivery is supported for the chosen delivery method.

For cash on delivery the buyer pays:

• the remaining product price minus the UAH 300 prepayment;
• the delivery cost according to the "Delivery" page terms;
• the NovaPay fee for transferring funds.

Payment confirmation

After a successful online payment the payment service generates confirmation of the transaction and Choboty.store receives the payment status.

For order processing Choboty.store relies on the payment status in the payment system. A screenshot or a buyer's message about payment does not itself replace confirmation from the payment service.

If the online payment fails

If the payment is not successfully confirmed, the order is not considered paid. Reasons may include insufficient funds, bank limits, the bank declining the transaction, authorization errors or temporary technical issues.

In this case the buyer may:

• retry the payment;
• use another bank card;
• use Apple Pay or Google Pay if available;
• contact the card-issuing bank;
• choose the UAH 300 prepayment with the remainder paid on receipt for delivery within Ukraine, if the order has not yet been dispatched.

If the bank has temporarily reserved the amount for a failed transaction, the unblocking period is determined by the issuing bank. Choboty.store cannot expedite the bank's unblocking of funds.

Cashless payment

The primary cashless payment method for Choboty.store retail orders is payment by bank card via the secure WayForPay payment page.

No other payment methods are provided on the website.

Taxes and the final order amount

The product price on the website is the retail price and includes all taxes and mandatory charges that the seller must include in the price according to its tax status.

In addition to the product price the buyer may pay:

• the delivery cost according to the chosen pickup/delivery method;
• the NovaPay fee for cash on delivery, if payment on receipt is chosen.

Order cancellation and refund

If the order has not been dispatched

The buyer may contact Choboty.store to cancel the order before it is handed over to the carrier.

If cash on delivery was chosen and funds have not yet been paid, no additional actions for refund are required.

If the order was fully or partially paid online, after cancellation is confirmed Choboty.store returns the paid amount via the payment service in accordance with the "Returns and exchanges" page. The UAH 300 prepayment is not automatically withheld.

Refunds for paid orders

Funds for a cancelled or returned order are refunded in accordance with the terms of the "Returns and exchanges" page.

For orders paid online by bank card, refunds are made through the payment service to the payment instrument used for the payment, unless otherwise provided by the payment system rules.

Choboty.store initiates a refund after confirmation of the grounds. The actual time for the funds to be credited after the refund depends on the issuing bank and the payment system.

If the product was paid for by cash on delivery, the refund details and method are agreed with the buyer after the return is accepted by the store.

Payment for international orders

For orders with delivery outside Ukraine only full online payment of the product price and the agreed delivery cost before shipment is available via the secure WayForPay payment page.

A Visa or Mastercard of a Ukrainian or foreign bank can be used for an international order. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available on the payment page depending on the buyer's device and bank.

If the buyer's bank performs currency conversion or applies its own fee for an international transaction, those terms are set by the buyer's bank, not Choboty.store.

Payment security

Proceed to payment only from the official website chobotystore.com.ua or use a payment link received through Choboty.store's official channels.

Choboty.store representatives will not ask you to send via messengers or email:

• the bank card PIN code;
• CVV/CVC code;
• one-time codes or passwords from SMS or the banking app;
• the password for the banking app;
• a photograph of the bank card showing full details.
