We care about your comfort and make the process simple
Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"). The goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
Important!
Refunds are available only for orders paid from Ukrainian accounts.
Due to martial law in Ukraine, refunds to foreign accounts are not available.
Customers who paid for their orders with foreign cards can request an exchange.
Step 1: Contact us by phone or via the messengers listed on the website and let us know that you would like to return or exchange the item.
Step 2: Send the item via Nova Poshta or another convenient method to our address (we will provide it after you submit your request).
Step 3: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund or exchange it for another size/model.
Delivery note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except when the return is caused by a defect or an error during shipment. If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse the shipping cost and offer an exchange or refund.
